- Trouble with CANON MP110
- Posted by SBS on May 10th, 2006
Hi,
I'm just in trouble with my Canon PIXMA MP110
because the scanner doesn't work properly. It really
doesn't work at all.
My OS is Win2000 and when I launch ScanGear, it doesn't
run. If I try to import something into Photoshop from the
scanner then I get an error message about twain drivers
not found.
I've uninstalled then re-installed the drivers more and
more times, but the result is always the same.
Can you help me please? :-(
Thanks in advance.

make sure you delete all folders under TWAIN, TWAIN32, TWUNK, etc that
pertain to your scanner. uninstall your scanner software. reboot with
the scanner not attached, and then follow the scanner install
instructions. Make sure your scanner is the only device on the port and
it is directly connected if USB.
regards,
