v700/V750 website information

I noticed the Epson V700/V750 website is lacking a lot of essential
information. The Japanese site for the GTX900 is MUCH, MUCH more
informative.

For example, did you know why that little foam nub on the top film
holder was there? If not then here's the Altavista Babel Fish
translation -

The pad which holds down the floating of the holder is equipped, holder
position is arranged uniformly, the flexion of the film holder is
lightened. Furthermore, fine control of distance of the manuscript
stand glass surface and the film is possible by changing the bundled
spacer by hand. It is only the Epson consideration which pursues the
prejudice to high picture quality.

The Japanese website for the GT-X900 is much more thorough in its
product coverage. It even tells about the two lenses and the advantages
they have. The US gets a bunch of nothing. It's amazing. If you want to
know about your scanner, go to the Japanese site.
