Does anyone have what is needed to use Vuescan on the 10D's CRW files?

It opens the 10D crw file I have just fine. The demosaicing is not as
sophisticated as some of the other Raw converters, but it seems to work good
enough for simple profiling (where edge detail is not used and patch areas
are averaged).
