i have set up another user on my pc this person requires access to msn
messenger services and also a web cam that i have installed already however
the web cam does not seem to work with this user it does to mine however.

this user is set up as an additional user below me (administrator) and has
limited access.
the cam is a logitech cam chat and i have downloaded from logitech the
latest software and drivers.
the error is NO image at all when the additional user broadcasts the cam
