I was not logged onto SBS2003 network at the time my laptop requested my
password to be changed. I changed my password, but 2 folders that were
encrypted I cannot access anymore. I'm logged on the laptop as the
administrator.

I get the message "user does not have access privledges".

Do I have to "take ownership" of these files on the laptop?

If a client computer is not logged on the network and changes the password,
will this be an issue with SBS 2003 clients ? Seems that either the
workstation or the network should be smart enough to take care of this. I
mean, if this is a network issue, is there a way to enforce the password
change only when the computer is connected to the network? After all, I'd
hate to be in the field somewhere, change your password and any encrypted
files are all of a sudden inaccessable.

(administrator), this is what the article considers being "forcefully reset"
and caused this?
