My computer keeps freezing when I am on the internet. Sometimes when I am on
AOL at the top the computer it says AOL (Not Responding). I have symatec
anit-virus and windows security through aol could this be causing the problem
because I have both of these and if so, what do I need to do to fix it or
what else may the proble be?

I have to say I'm an aol user myself, and I have to say, I think the
problem lies with the bloatware that is the AOL software. The only
reason I am still with AOL as my ISP is because I don't want the hassle
of changing my primary email address. I do not use their software. I
use IE for browsing and Outlook for email. I would strongly suggest to
you if you are on broadband that you do the same. It will make things a
lot easier for you. The IE that is embedded in AOL is outdated, and
does not support all websites, e.g. sites running on MS Windows IIS
will not work with the AOL software. If you need help, feel free to
email me. Sjoram@aol.com
