- Connection interuption

When I am connected to the internet i get constant interuption of the
programs I am trying to use. I have tried to identify which program is
running but cannot. Is there a way in which I can see which programs are
accessing the HD or using my connection. It continually causes programs to
minimise or freeze for a split second making typing or playing online games a
nightmare.
