I've inherited a sticky situation and am hoping I could get an idea or two to
try. I have a system that recently failed and was restored from backup
recently. In the process of doing that, for whatever reason, someone deleted
the computer account for this server in the domain. The domain also has a
policy that automatically disables the local administrator account.

Does anyone know a way to either recreate a domain computer account or
re-enable the local administrator and reset its password without being able
to log into it?
