It still didn't work it says that my path can't be find. I need help in
Downloading Windows XP KB898461. I have done tired everything Do I need it.

You need to be using Internet Explorer, and you need to allow the Validation
Tool to run.
Once you have done that, the link will appear.

went to tool and i didn't see it. Help Pleze
