enable folder sharing for domain users members

my domain users group members cannot share any folder on their PCs . i change
the share methode from simpel but they steel not able to share their data !!

They need to in the local administrators or power users on the computer you
want them to be able to do such which generally is something to avoid. It
might be better for an administrator to enable and set permissions on
authorized shares. --- Steve

thank you for your reply
but there is a problem when i add them to the power users group !!
if i add them in power users group they will have some privilage whos not
good to me such as installing/removing software changing ip address and some
thing else !!
do you have any solution to give them just only file and folder sharing
right ??!!?

Unfortunately there is no work around to allow regular users to share
