Guest account utilization

Hi all,

Is there a way to convert a GUEST USER ACCOUNT into an ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT?

OR

Can we assign all the Administrative Privilages of the Administrator Account
to a Guest Account?

No. The Guest account on a computer is not for when you are feeling
hospitable. It is a system account that permits someone without an
account on the system to log on locally and do some work. In most
systems, Guest is disabled by default for security purposes.

If you have a Limited user account that you wish to make a Computer
Administrator, go to the User Accounts applet in Control Panel and make
the desired change.

If you want to be hospitable to friends, create a new user account
called something like "Visitors" and choose "Computer Administrator"
for the account type.
