- how to enable pop-up windows?

Hello,
I need to enable pop-up windows, it was something I did a couple of months
ago, but I can't remember how. Can anyone help? Thanks

You may hold CTRL while clicking on a link which overrides Pop up blocker,
or you may completely get rid of it by opening Internet explorer, clicking
Tools>Pop up blocker> Turn off pop up blocker.

I will try the CTRL key shorcut, but when I click on tool in Internet
explorer it doesn't give me a pop-up blocker tab... how else can I access
that option?

Open INTERNET EXPLORER & go to
TOOLS menu/INTERNET OPTIONS & its at the bottom of one of those tabs
Sorry, I use Windows 2000 not XP so I cannot tell you exactly
