Is there a utility or a way using a script (cmd or vbscript) to change
permissions on registry keys/subkeys using a wildcard? example of what
I want to do:

change permissions on reg keys/subkeys for all instances of *xyz123*,
giving the local group 'users' full control.

Doing this manually takes forever.
