Inability to access https sites

We are unable to access any https sites using Internet Explorer, but we have
been able to access using Mozilla. Has something happened with our settings,
or are there any suggestions to correct the problem?

Most likely you're not using protocol for secure communication like SSL or
TLS. You can find that option in Tools > Options > Advanced. At the far end
are checkboxes that enable using SSL and TLS and thus http
