- Local Policy>Security Options not all visible
- Posted by Mke Edwards on February 20th, 2006
I had some type of bug that ate my hard drive... formatted it, reinstalled
Windows XP Pro, downloaded SP2 and all the updates...
Now I'm trying to reconfigure all my options back to the way I used to have
them, but in Local Security Settings>Local Policies>Security Options, there
are only 6 options available to change: 1) Admin account status; 2) guest
account status; 3) rename admin account; 4) rename guest account; 5) allow
anonymous SID/name translations and 6) force logoff when hours expire.
There are a lot more options available, like the Interactive Logon options.
How do I get those to show up so I can change them?
Thanks.
