Dear Microsoft,

I first of all want to thank everyone for their awesome help on this list.
I was wondering whether you all could help me again on this problem. I have
briefly searched this list but can't seem to find an answer to this problem.

I tried to create another user on this computer but the new account won't
log on because the system can't find it's profile.

I copied the profile from the Guest account but the local profile still
doesn't seem to be found.

Can anyone help?
