i want to lock a cuple of my files so no one at all but me can get in them
also i want to set up so i can get details of what other users are doing

if you use ntfs as your files system then go to explorer > tools > folder
options > scroll down to option "enable simple sharing" and disable it then
right click properties the files u want to restrict you will notice a new
tab " security " open that and select whoom all u wish to allow / deny
access to the files selected!. if you are not using ntfs then u might need
to download some 3rd party software like folder gaurd that will allow you to
password protect your folder pls note this is not as secure as your
protection in ntfs.
