- logging on boot like logging to microdoft network

On booting of Windows I have something like logging to Microsoft Network, I
want remove it, because it preventing me from fast loading Windows without
interaction.
I have Windows XP Professional. I have only two accounts one for
super-administrator and for normal administrator; previously when I booting
Win I do not have any logging, now I can not remove this one, please help
