How can my teenage son logon to the computer without knowing the password?
Can he do it through Safe Mode?
If so how can I stop it.

You have to set passwords on all the users. You have to know all the users.
You have to setup a BIOS password after you set it to boot only from the
hard drive.
You have to make sure that the case cannot be opened.
