- Mcafee V norton

I've had macafee security and ive now bought Norton security, I'm having
difficult loading the norton on, I've followed the instuctions to the
letter but it still won't load. Please help

You haven't provided enough information to suggest even the wildest
guess.
I think you'd be better off asking Symantec. Your question isn't really
about administating Windows XP security.

Good move getting rid of macafee, bad moving switching to norton, see if you
can get your money back and use one of the many quality free A/V
applications.
