- Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2, how do u delete this?

I am currently downlading hacks for a game i play and i tryed to open a
compressed file and it wont let me because the program has blocked it. It
says u can unblock but u cant unblock compressed files. Can someone help me
find and delete this program?
