It depends on how your network is set up. Since you say you have
sysadmins, you probably have a domain and an IT Dept. and the users are
properly set up with limited privileges. In that case the answer is
"no". The sysadmin is god on the network. Consider ignoring it and it
will eventually go away. If you show that you are bothered by it that
will just make them do it more (typical Mom advice). Otherwise,
complain to your supervisor and/or Human Resources Dept. This is a
social issue, not a technical one.
