Sorry to be a pest but I don't use Newsgroups all that often so I'm too
familiar with them and I'm having trouble finding " Community

Click Start >> Run >>
Type the follow command in the Open box:

regsvr32.exe %windir%\system32\scrrun.dll

Press Ok
