You might also want to double check Group Policy since something is changing
these values, particularly if they seem to be changing at computer startup.
On a Windows 2003 domain controller use the Resultant Set of Policy mmc
snapin in logging mode for domain computer this is happening to and
carefully look at the settings applied to the computer/user for anything
that has to do with disks such as auto or format and remove eject media or
settings in a custom .adm template which may not have good
escriptions. --- Steve
