I was wondering if anyone has a walkthrough on how I could configure the
following:

I want remote assistance to be simply a double click icon that will do the
following:

I want it to send the invitation to support@domain.com with a password that
the IT administrators set for a period of 30 minutes.

I want this to be as transparent has possible for the end users.
