Remote Desktop

I would like to access remote desktop but I found problem as below
Computer A, Can remote desktop to other computers but other computers can
not remote desktop to computer A. After using other computer I try to ping
computer A , it can find IP address of computer A then it shown message
"Request time out"
Could you please suggest , how to set the computer A to allow remote desk
top of computer A from other computers.
(Computer A , Already set window firewall off, allow users to connect
remote...)

First off you can only RDP into an XP Pro computer. When you try pinging
computer A make sure that the name is resolving to the correct IP for that
computer as shown via ipconfig /all on computer A. If it is correct you have
some sort of network filtering configured on computer A which could be
tcp/ip filtering, ipsec policy, or software that is either a software
firewall or internet protection application that is doing some basic
firewall filtering. Try booting into Safe Mode with networking [assuming it
will not put the computer at risk] to see what happens then and use the
command netsh firewall show state to make sure operational mode shows as
