- secpo.msc not installed in Winxp Pro

hi
I have installed on my pc windows XP professional, I need to access the
Security police directives but for a reason I don’t know there is not that
option in Administrative Tools. I look for it trying to execute secpol.msc
and an error appear, in fact the file is not present in the pc.
What do i need to do?
Do I need to install that tools from the cd, where, how?
any link to read, any sug?

Hii, it shd be accessible from ur start > run [type secpol.msc]. wat is the
error u are getting ?

Are u sure its not home edition, caz gpedit.msc & secpol.msc components are
not available in home edition.
