- Security Center Firewall problem

I had a problem installing Zone Alarm as my system crashed. I unistalled it.
I am now trying to connect to a wireless router and cannot ping due to error
65.
I have turned off Windows Firewall, but in Security Center it says Zone
Alarm Firewall is on, even though it is not installed, how do I solve this?
