- Setting up users to access Internet

I just got a new PC & have given my kids the old one. They need to acces
through a USB wirelss adapter. I have XP & have them set up as users, with
passwords, with limited account. When I log on to one of there user names &
try to access the internet & does not let me go through. How do I set them up
to access the internet?
