- Shutdown.exe max. time limit

Does anyone knows whats the maximum time you can command the shutdown.exe to
wait untill it exes? the number you add at the end of the line have to be in
seconds so if you want to wait an hour or a whole day, can you add a huge
number like 3600 or 82000? thank you
