- Stop users Double Click on start/programs to start Windows Explore

Our School has 2003 Server Network. Student have found that by Double
Clicking on start/programs Windows Explorer is launched in the Network
location of their Desktop. From this Network point the Students can explore
the entire network, policy elements, any non $ server shares. How can I
prevent this???
