- Stopping a file from installation

I don't want to let others(even my family members) install anything in my
computer without my permission.Are there any programs which can avoid others
from installing in my computer?It must have a password to install a
program.Please kindly suggest me a solution.

Don't give them an account and use strong passwords on all accounts.
This way they can't logon to use the PC in the first place.
