I need to remove Symantec from my computer but it keeps asking for a
password. I have no password for this. What do I do?

Symantec Corporate client? The administrator of the domain may have set it
up to disallow clients to be uninstalled without the password supplied by
the admin. You need to ask the admin.

Who is my admin? How do I contact them?

1. What exact version of Symantec software do you have? We are assuming
you have a corporate client with the server portion on a server since
the behavior you are reporting usually only occurs with Symantec
Corporate Edition.

2. Is this a business computer on a domain? What is your exact situation
with the computer?

3. If you have a home standalone machine, who installed the Symantec
program on your computer?

often.
