The user profile as sole administrator for my laptop has disappeared. The
files are still in "Documents and Settings" under the original User Profile
name. The current user profile name looks like the original on the log in
screen, but the files are being stored under the name "Temp". The original
user profile has been moved to "Backup" status when I look at it under My
Computer, Properties, Advanced, User Profiles, Settings. The current user
profile has the same name as original, and there is a backup with the same
name.
