- Windows defender+NOD32 antivirus compatibility

i have ESET's NOD32 antivirus(currently disabled) installed in my system and
also have windows defender, i wish to know if i can continue fully using both
these applications without any clashes... NOD32 prior to installation asked
me to uninstall any other antivirus s/w, firewalls etc to avoid serious
problems...
