Under Windows PE (i ve created using BDD), the HardDisk's DMA is
enabled but the CD/DVD's DMA is off (Nero's Info Tool report that DVD's
DMA is off...)
Has someone an idea for enable the CD/DVD's DMA?

You will not see the Advanced Settings section if your hardware does not
support it. Or if it is taken care of through the driver settings. An
example of this is the Intel Application Accelerator.
