- Creating an icon group

I have too many icons on my desktop.
Is there a way to somehow group some of them together?

Right click on the desktop
Select new folder
Name it something (I use "Shortcuts")
MOVE (not copy/paste) the icons into that folder...
That's what I do...

Right-click on the Taskbar and select:
Toolbars > New Toolbar > Desktop
