How to connect Windows 2003 server from Windows 2000 Professional

I am not able to run 'mstsc' from windows 2000 professional. I want to
connect to one server running windows 2003 server. Please suggest what
to do....

Did you download the latest client from Microsoft?
Search for "Remote Desktop Client" on Microsoft's web page.
