- Manually Undo Setup changes of OS system files?

Attempted to upgrade a Home Ed. of XP SP2 to MS XP PRO SP2. Setup fails with
a Stop 0x50 after the first reboot.
How can I put the original NTLDR and BOOT.INI files (and any other necessary
files) back?
