- Problem with WIFI card in BDD standard
- Posted by jpbreton@videotron.ca on April 25th, 2006
I am testing a new Windows XP image with BDD standard.
I am running the "Sysprep the machine now" option when booting up with
WinPelab.iso.
Now, while in the "action phase", I ask for a rebbot because of an
application.
The computer reboots, autologon, then cannot continue with the scripts.
The reason: the Network is not yet loaded...it takes up 30-45 second
for the network to load. So the BDD script timeout.
I have added all the latest broadcom NIC drivers: The laptop is a HP
compaq nw8240.
same problem.
BUT: If I disable the WIFI onboard card within XP, then XP is able to
logon and load the network correctly.
Anyone as seen this behavoir?
Regards
John
