- RIS with Striped SATA Drives
- Posted by David on January 31st, 2006
I was sucessfully able to access Sata drives by slipstreaming the drivers
into my RIS image, thanks to a suggestion on a different post (thanks for the
help!).
So I created a riprep image, that included all the software we use here, and
have been able to deploy it on several machines. All these machines were
using a single SATA drive. Now I have a new drive, and the user is needing it
to have two SATA drives that have been striped.
When I use RIS to load the PC, it hangs on the blue screen where it says its
rebooting the computer. After that, it all goes down hill and it won't work.
Has anyone else run into this issue?
