- Setup hangs on 'Regional and Lang. Options' screen

Hi
I'm conducting a Win XP Pro SP2 install on a AMD Athlon 64 2800+ (768
pin), on an ECS nForce3 mobo.
The setup always gets to the Regional and Lang. Options screen, then
hangs. I've tried resetting, using a diff HD, but always the same.
Any ideas?
