- start menu programs modification

How can I reduce the number of items in the "all users" category?
I want to have the majority of program items in my personal user settings.
I want to be able to create a "test" user with a minimum number of start
programs in the start menu.
I want to be able to determine which programs appear in the test account.
Thanks

If youw ant to do what I think you do:
You can find the program sub-menus in
\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs
and move everything to
\Documents and Settings\<your username>\Start Menu\Programs

I suspected that might be the solution.
But are there any registry considerations if I simply move the items with
Windows Explorer?
Thanks
