- sysprep issue

heres the situation I have..
I would like upon login to the XP workstation have a directory created under
the mydocuments folder( THE USERS ID) and have several other folders creadet
under that as well.
I think I can do this with the RUNONCE command in sysprep but have no idea
how to.
anyone out there want to give me a hand ?
