- unattended install for Windows XP Pro

doesn anyone know where i can information that tells me how to create a
unattended windows xp pro install CD. (also looking for Office 2003).
Also does anyone know that if an unatteded install will install windows both
as a upgrade from an win os and also as a clean install for a machine that
has no os. Or do i need to different versions of a cd.

Was Google not working when you posted? I searched on the string "Windows
XP Unattended Install" and got 519,000 hits.

Am looking to see if microsoft has a solution.. tried a few google link and
the solutions didn't work for mw.
