I have just installed window XP SP 2 to my new PC, everything goes fine, but
when I try to run IE , window will automatically restart. What should I do ?

Interesting, does it give a reason for the restart? Like "Internet Explorer
has finished upgrading, you will have to restart your PC for this to take
effect." with the only answer being "ok"? Any other info?

First off, go to Start -> Control Panel and double click
System.
In System Properties, click on the Advanced tab.
In the Startup and Recovery section, click on the Settings
button.
In the page that pops up, remove the check mark from the box
next to "Automatically Restart".
Click OK twice

Now, hopefully, when your computer goes to restart, you'll see
a blue screen with information which you can use to
troubleshoot the problem.

Also, go to Start -> Run and enter eventvwr.msc in the Open
box.
Look in the Application and System branches of Event Viewer for
any errors or warnings that relate to your problem.

Good luck
