Hi

Just installed Windows 2003 SBS

The CDRW drive does not recognize writable CD's.

The unit is an LG GCE-8526B.

Device manager shows all "The Device Is Working Correctly"

Normal CDROM activity OK.

Do I need to turn something on?

Is this the Windows Server 2003 CD Burning or 3rd party CD Burner
Software ?

The Integral Win2003 Server CD Burner need to have the IMAPI CD-Burning
COM Service set to automatic and running to operate.If it's 3rd party
software, it will be up to them look on their Services / FAQ pages.
