I have an older SBS 2000 Server we are going to phase out in the next few
months... But in the mean time every 2 seconds (about) they are getting Event
ID:1008 The Open Procedure for service "ASP.NET" in DLL
"C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspne t_perf.dll" failed.
Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code
returned is data DWORD 0. .... I have tried repairing .NET 2 but I am still
getting all the errors... They keep filling up the app log and I suspects
have made the machine unresponsive at least twice in the last month... Does
anbody know what this is or how to repair it?
