I have been using the pop 3 connector for 3 years without any trouble. Now
it will download the messages from the ISP mailbox but will not forward to
the appropriate user. They just sit in the directory. Sometimes a restart
will resolve the trouble other times it has no effect. Any insight would be
appreciated.

Is your AV software software scanning the incoming mail folder?
Program Files\POP3 Connector\Incoming
Program Files\POP3 Connector\Inforward

You may also need to reinstall the POP3 Connector (note the new site below
