i've had my first experience of a sbs 4.5 server...exchange 5.5
anyway. issue is that one user can log onto an ftp site. it is used to
update their external web page.
this user has no problem logging on. Another user Different PC cannot access
same site.
gives error that "folder xxxxxx.org.uk is read only because the proxy server
is not set up to allow access"
looking at it further the machine that does allow access, anyone can access
via this machine. it has no proxy info in the internet info section.
also none of the machines (they are all xp pro) have default gateway setting
issued from dhcp.
any ideas, pointers etc..
i've tried sacrificing a chicken but that doesn't seem to have worked
